At Lush Culture we are committed to providing a safe environment to our team and our clients. We have made the necessary changes to abide by the strict protocol of the Victorian government.

• No mask, no entry.

• All clients must abide by social distancing rule (1.5m).
  We can only have a total of 3 hair clients in seats at one time. One client on waiting bench/reception area. If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your car or outside.

• Please do not bring a friend or family member to your appointment. (One adult may accompany an underage child.)

• Please use the hand sanitiser upon arrival and you will be asked to fill out a COVID check form on our iPad. 

• Our retail products are temporarily “LOOK” only. If you need assistance with selecting a product from the shelf, please ask one of our staff members.

• Unfortunately, there are a few services we are unable to offer during this time. These include (but not limited to) lower face waxing, some facial services and makeup application.

• Please STAY HOME if you are unwell. We have the right to refuse service if we suspect any different.
