Cancellation Policy

At Lush Culture we require 48hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

We understand that life gets busy, and you might have to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

All appointments require a 50% deposit to be paid upfront or a card kept on file on our completely secure, encrypted booking system. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited or your card will be charged. If you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will be subject to a 100% service charge, plus you will need to pre-pay a 50% deposit before you can rebook.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15minutes late, our booking system will consider you as a “no-show” and you will be charged for the service.

Payments made online and NON-REFUNDABLE. If you reschedule your appointment before the 48hour period, your deposit will be credited to your name to use at future appointments.

These new policies are to ensure you respect the time of our staff and honour your appointment. By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
